Building More Than Tiny Homes. Building a Community of Hope.

For many people experiencing chronic homelessness, temporary shelter isn't enough. Hope Farm envisions a neighborhood where individuals can experience the dignity of having their own home while remaining surrounded by a caring community that walks alongside them every step of the way. Rather than simply providing housing, this project is designed to create a place where people can live with purpose, build meaningful relationships, and thrive for years to come.

The Vision

Tiny Homes

Private, thoughtfully designed homes that offer safety, dignity, and independence while creating a close-knit neighborhood where no one has to face life alone.

Purpose Through Work

Future micro-businesses and opportunities will allow residents to contribute their talents, earn meaningful income, and continue building confidence and independence.

Community & Support

Life is better together. By living in close proximity, neighbors, volunteers, and support services can build genuine relationships that encourage long-term stability and belonging.

For too many people, homelessness becomes a cycle that feels impossible to escape. Temporary solutions provide relief, but they rarely provide the stability needed to truly rebuild a life. We're working toward something different - a community where every person is known, supported, and given the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and hope. Because everyone deserves a place to call home.
