Tiny Home Pilot Project

At Hope Farm, our vision is simple: A community of hope where people who have experienced homelessness can live, work, and thrive.

That vision begins with creating safe, supportive housing where individuals can rebuild their lives while surrounded by community.

In 2026, Hope Farm connected with a nonprofit organization that shared a similar vision of developing supportive housing for veterans in Akron, Ohio. As we learned more about their project, the idea for Hope Farm's Tiny Home Pilot Project began to take shape.

Today, Hope Farm, in partnership with Axess Family Services, is working to develop five supportive tiny homes that will provide transitional housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. Individuals will have access not only to safe and stable housing but also to supportive services designed to help them achieve long-term stability and independence.

We are currently in the design and planning phase of the project and are excited to share our progress with the community as this vision becomes a reality.

This project is only possible through the support of our community. If you are interested in learning more about the Tiny Home Pilot Project, or making a financial contribution, we would love to hear from you.

Together, we are building tiny homes that will create hope, opportunity, and a path toward lasting housing stability for our communities most vulnerable.
